@ Moss Performance we are a values driven program, encouraging behaviours that mould the person and the athlete to become successful.

Our expertise is in athlete training for Triathlon.

Head Coach and Triathlon Australia High Performance Coach, Stephen Moss, has coached with success at all levels from Olympic, Commonwealth and Asian Games through to U23 and Junior levels as well as at age group.

We guide athletes from beginner levels to professionals competing from Local to World Championship competitions.

PODIUM PROGRAM

Regardless of your ability, if you want to work with the most qualified and experienced coaching available in endurance sport, this is for you. Enquire for limited availability.

This program is Face to Face program tailored to your unique needs.

Your coach reviews your custom built program, and any power or heart rate files you provide each day and adjusts your program accordingly. Your coach conducts in-depth research about the specific physiological demands of your sport and your needs, custom builds your training program, and integrates training into your lifestyle requirements.

A High performance Coach, internationally accomplished; Olympic,Commonwealth and World championship’s coach; Extensive Age Group coaching experience. Coaching since 1998.

  • Individually planned program on Training peaks
  • F2F coaching plan and Race Schedule planning and review from your HP Coach
  • Daily analysis of schedule and power and/or heart rate files (Monday-Friday)

Signed up to Basic Training peaks (TP) account. (you must upgrade to premium at your own cost)

  • Daily contact in the DTE (Daily Training Environment)
  • Unlimited athlete-initiated coaching communication in business hours (email / phone and Training Peaks online coaching tool)

Race planning for all key races and benchmark events

  • Compulsory Equipment (athlete to purchase)
    • Garmin devices or similar that can log Swim, Bike and Run.
    • Power device for bike EG. Stages Crank or Quarq crank set
  • This equipment is required to ensure monitoring of training loads.

Access to some of triathlons best sport science/sports medicine contacts and support services (at athlete cost).

E-COACHING

The perfect program for the independent athlete looking for some coaching guidance and a great, detailed, event specific program..

We build your training program using information from your initial meeting, and ongoing personal interaction. Program reviewed at the end of third week for next program.
Your coach reviews your program weekly, and adjusts your program accordingly to better monitor your progress and provide guidance for optimal performance.

Your own Accredited Coach. Providing expertise in Planning, Technical & Tactical direction.

Personalised plan based on your goals and taking in to account your life schedule, background & skills. Monitoring progress and adjusting accordingly.

Signed up to Basic Training peaks (TP) account. (you must upgrade to premium at your own cost)

Start up interview, race planning and goal setting on TP. One email contact per month instigated by coach. Coach can instigate ph or txt contact if required.
Ongoing communication via email/messenger/txt *Coaching support includes weekly email and 1 x weekly phone calls Athlete instigated.

Includes Goal Setting, provide and prepare you with a race plan for your A level race and post race review.
Extra Race Plans up to 1 per month if required.
